Part-Time Sales Supervisor

This position is responsible for the following at Spencer's:

• Assists the manager in completing all sales and inventory paperwork.
• Manages loss prevention techniques in order to reduce shrink.
• Effectively merchandises, signs and prices the store in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provides leadership and support to the Store Associates in order to ensure that all aspects of guest service are being provided.
